写邮件有时候忘记检查了，直接发送了，突然发现有些地方弄错了，如拼写错误、数字弄错了，附件发错了，发件人写错了，这时候得要重新发一封邮件过去纠正，这种邮件怎么写呢？

中文直接说「以这封邮件为准」就搞定，我们首先说说英文怎么翻译「以…为准」？

其实英文里并不存在完全一对一的翻译，因为「以…为准」是中文特色的表达，英文只能意译，在不同语境里的翻译不同。

在法律英语里，是用prevail（占上风）表示。如一份合同有中文和英文两个版本，如果彼此之间有差异，以中文或者英文为准，这里的「为准」，就是prevail。

首先，一定要有的一句话是 Please disregard my previous email（请忽略我上一封邮件）。

然后写原因 as I made some mistakes regarding ….（因为…地方有些错误）

然后告诉对方 This email is the corrected one/The corrected information is below.

如果你要强调「请参照此封邮件」可以说Please go to /refer to this email for the correct information instead.

最后，纠正邮件后，一定一定要注意的是，主题也要做相应的修改，因为两份邮件的主题是一样的，收件人可能看了第一封邮件后就忽略了第二封邮件，所以第二封邮件一定要在主题里做标识，提醒收件人这是一封纠正邮件。
